Technical Support
        We provide unlimited technical support for the first 90 days after you purchase a product. Thereafter, support activities will be charged at our normal hourly rate.
        All products are warrantied to be free of defects for one year. Any defects identified within the first year after delivery will be corrected at no charge.
        Requested changes in the program that are outside the initial written scope of the application will be billed at our then current hourly rate.

Frequently Asked Questions
         How much does it cost for support?
Our current rate for support is the same as for programming and personal training, $75 per hour.
         If we need support onsite, is there an extra charge?
No, our rate is the same, however, there is a minimum onsite charge of two hours. We do not charge for travel time as long as we can arrive at your site within 30 minutes. If the travel time is longer than 30 minutes, we begin charging you once we have traveled the first 30 minutes. We also charge for return time once we have exceeded the 30 minute travel time.
 

Knowledge Base
         The Knowledge Base is a searchable database of questions and answers. If you have a more detailed question than is covered in the Frequently Asked Questions section above, you can search our Knowledge Base. If you don't find the question and answer you are looking for, you can submit a new question. You will receive an automatic eMail containing the answer when the answer is posted. Thereafter, the question and answer will be available to all that search. In most cases, we are able to answer most questions in 24 hours.
