If you have activated security, this screen will greet all users that wish to access the program. Once they successfully
log on using their password, they will have access to all the menus, screens, and activities for which you have preset to allow their access. For example,
you might set their security access to be able to add new records, but prevent them from deleting or modifying the information.
If security has not been activated, the user will skip this screen and go directly to the main screen with access to all parts of the program.
