and answers. If you are unable to find the
information you need, you can submit a question.
We try to answer all questions within 24 hours. If
you have a question where you need to "show" us a
screen, please fax us a copy. To print out your
screen, press the
<Print Screen> key on your keyboard and then open up a word processing program. When the word processer is open, select Edit, Paste from the menu to paste the copy of your screen. Then print the page as normal.
